Electrical contractor and electrician DW Dentice carries out a wide range of domestic, commercial and industrial installations, repairs and maintenance. DW Dentice employs 20 staff with 15 vehicles.

We’ve noticed definite economies in terms of reduced vehicle wear and tear, and petrol consumption. You can also see the speed that each vehicle is travelling, which is useful from a health-and-safety point of view, too.”

One particular application that has proved invaluable for DW Dentice relates to the charging for domestic jobs.
“In some cases, a homeowner might dispute the amount of time one of our staff members spent on their job. Rather than it simply being their word against ours, we can use the Customer Site report to track and evidence exactly how much time was actually spent at the site,” explains Mr Jones.
